The next best thing to having straight teeth is having white teeth.
But with the very expensive cost of teeth whitening, is there a cheaper way to do it?
YES! The answer is just in your very own kitchen – BAKING SODA!
You might have heard it already but yes, baking soda is the cheapest and most effective way to whiten your teeth! I have tried and tested it myself. (That baking soda on the photo is just P12! which you can use for months)
Here’s how:
1. Wet your toothbrush with water and dip it into the baking soda.
2. Brush your teeth as you normally do.
3. Rinse your mouth completely with water. Make sure to gargle your throat as well.
Tip:
What I personally do, I still use regular toothpaste and sprinkle a dash of baking soda on it so I can use it more often because if you do the normal way (above), you can only do it for only twice a week.
I used to have straight teeth when I was young til I reached my 20’s when they kinda moved a bit so with teeth whitening, people notice how pearly they were than how distorted they are.
I am just saving up for my braces so I’d have perfect teeth already!
